Kerang and everything in between

It's awkward to think and imagine that I actually write more than one post in 24-hour time. It is either I have so many things to be written or simply because I seriously have no life to live besides sharing stories here, in the virtual life. Lifeless nya Arisya nii. Haha. Yela, what else should I do? I can't think of anything besides writing. For now, at least. Nanti dah takde idea nak mengarut, lagi beku otak fikir nak buat apa kat rumah. Well, Degree students from the IPTA's around Malaysia semua tengah cuti 'summer' lah sangat. For 4 months ok. Basically, kalau duduk rumah 4 bulan, memang habis beku otak, urat saraf semua. SO.... to avoid whatever shits to happen, I decided to start working. Mama yang tolong carikan kerja. Teka la mana je dia cari, hahaha. She asked me to work at Shell. Ala Shell BK5 tu :) 

Yang seronoknya, interview pukul 10 am, pukul 2 terus masuk kerja. haha. Lepas tu my cousin pun join sekali and seronoklah dapat pakai baju Ferrari colour merah tuu :p FOr two days we had to be trained by Kak Cynthia yang awesome gila. I mean, she was so happening tak rasa macam dia tu trainer from Shell pun. We had so much fun training dgn dia. 

Lepas tu bermula career as a cashier *acehh. Bekerjaya sangatt :p Lama jugak I kerja. Almost 3 months la. Tapi gaji entah pergi mana asyik habis je. Sigh. But bukan pasal gaji sangat, but the experience working there. Fuhhh, lagi macam-macam compared to MNG dulu. Kat Shell ni you have to follow all the steps and procedure. Company Internatinal la katakaaaan. Bos pulak memang perfectionist. You could imagine.

There are 8 steps yang kite kena buat every time customer masuk.

- Pakai kemas, with name tag and uniforms

- Greetings

- Up selling, "penuh ke?" 

- "Fuel 95?"

- Promote promotion box (changes every/2 month(s))

- Bonuslink ada? 

- Resit?/ Plastic?

- Terima kasih, datang lagi.

Tambah pulak ada promosi isi RM30 dan menang, kena tambah lagi jadi 9 steps! Imagine you have to do it 24 hours ok! Mau melecur lidah. Haha.

Tapi my supervisor osem sangat benda ni dah fluently spoken je. hikhik.

To tell my experience kerja Shell memang banyak. Ada customer yang baik belikan ice cream, belikan chocolates. Ada yang menyusahkan. Pam toilet pun diorang curi!

Ohh, paling tak suka bila budak-budak sekolah datang. Adhoi, stressss. Ada jugak budak-budak ni yang kelakauu :)

Seronokla.. Sapa kata kerja Shell tak seronok. Tapi memang penat. Kejap bekejar toilet, kejap jaga luar. Pergh, tolong orang isi minyak memang paling kelakau. Ada customer siap gelak lagi. Takpelah biar saya buat sendiri. Punya la I ta tau nak isi minyak. So pandai-pandai lah sorok muka :p
